Horrible, incredible lack of attention
I placed a large order of 500 USD (10,000 Pesos more or less). The delivery man couldn't find any product even though everything was there (my friend also bought me something at the same time and found everything...he didn't even find tomatoes, onions, olives, capers) this carrier didn't have any will to work properly just wanted to finish without following any of the item I asked, I explained to him that I also made the I asked for water because I was going to have surgery and for a month or more I won't be able to go out and he was trying to buy only 6 liters.
It took 2 hours more than the estimated time as each single stuff he asked me a replace (my phone was ringing every minute...) and in the end he deleted the order because realized that didn't want to take everything I ordered. I contacted the support and they did not support me, they just said that they were very sorry but they did not block the deliver, they did not place a new order, they did not refund me anything for my time or my purchase and the money is still not in my account. Very unprofessional since they bought Cornershop, the quality went really down, there were issues also with Cornershop but at least their customer support help you or give you voucher and refund if the situation was unprofessional (never like today). I do not recommend at all ubereats better you delete your accounts and use other more professional apps.
PS Update, I contacted them other 2 times.
The second agent just closed the communication. The third one escalated to a manager whom didn't contact me yet.

Uber eats double charged my card and stated that it was standard practice but I have ordered from them several times and it has never been standard practice before! The lady working with me in chat did not want to help Me so she put me in a queue to be responded back to in 6-12 hours.
They only talked me in circles on the phone stating it was my bank holding the funds to make sure it would clear but that couldnt be further from the truth because of it wasnt then my bank would have known that double charging me would overdraft my account. They offered no help through chat or over the phone and kinda just acted as if I was a burden.
If you only have a few dollars and think ordering from here would be the answerDONT! You will end up with fees above what you agreed to when placing your order!

Ok. I am actually tired of all the wrong orders being received.
As the issue should be with the individual merchant this complaint against Uber Eats is because they penalize customers when merchants get something wrong. To elaborate, recently, Jan 6, 2024 order placed, and one item was not received, but rather a completely different item. A picture was taken and sent to UE. 1- not only did they NOT respond within the 48 hrs but instead, 13 days later!, they said the food was picked up, and no refund will be given.
First, 13 days later is unacceptable. Second, the order was NEVER picked up it was delivered. Third, how dare you penalize the customer and let the merchant just get away with getting the order wrong. This is wrong and flat out an unacceptable business model.
I assure you if you punish the merchant when appropriate like getting orders wrong, then I'm sure they will start reading the orders correctly. Keep my money that you stole from me and other customers, Mr Merchant and Uber Eats. I'm not in need of that, you are. I am happy to continue to post everywhere I can about your flawed business and lack of respect for customers.
Go ahead and stand by your merchants when they continuously get orders wrong and ignore your customers. Without customers there would be no need for merchants and Uber Eats.
Taking my business elsewhere. Goodbye.

I ordered priority delivery, and it took the driver longer than necessary to get to my house. The order order she dropped off was entirely the incorrect order that I had ordered from Uber eats was included in the order I called Uber eats and reached an offshore operator.
Raja was her name who didnt have complete commanded the English language. I asked to speak to a supervisor and none was available. Nothing was done about correcting my order or reaching the driver so she could deliver the correct order she indicated I get a refund in 3 to 5 days.
If I can believe her, your company is deplorable and I intend to file claim for damages and small claims court. Im sure the publicity with the people I know will not be good for your company.

I was debating on if I should continue to press the issue. I put put a complaint in the day of me not receiving my order.
The order came up to $70.11 the driver was late. Called my fiancé he walked out side flagged the driver down, he kept driving passed him. The man came to a full stop looked and kept going with my order. This has happened with Uber eats in so many different situations.
Uber eats need to be shut down completely. The customer is always right!!! The driver name was BAMIDELE. With todays economy who can afford to lose money like that.
You will never ever get any more services from me. Boycott you!!! Real people need to respond to these type of issues not rude and impolite and inconsiderate entities.
The driver rating dont matter I never received what I paid for. He did not show proof of a service that never happened.
