I ordered online thru Cuban Guys in Hialeah Gardens Order No. 462839****86 When I received my order I got 3 sonic corn dogs and a cheeseburger and not the food I had ordered. There is no way to contact the driver as when i call the number he called me from outside my house the number won't allow me to contact him or message him. i want a refund of my order with Cuban Guys. My order was over 34 dollars for 2 sandwiches, 2 shakes and a dessert and instead I got cheap food from Sonic. Burgers.

If you return the food there should be no issue with them giving you a refund

Time keeps changing

It took 2 hours for my food to come. I called the restaurant and they said that my order has been ready for a while and no driver came to pick it up.

Late delivery

My order was ready for 15 minutes before anyone picked it up! Order to late the restaurant says it's ready but delivery isn't till 12:10. This is ridiculous I coulda got it myself by now!!! I want a refund so I can pick up in store but it won't let me on the app!!! Not happy

Because they *** up

I ordered from dairy queen got 6 items and only 3 were delivered and they won't give me a refund i am beyond upset

Bad service. Driver incapable of reading correct address. Food not received but paid for

Driver delivered to wrong address. Attempted to reach him but he ignored my message. Address here is very clear but driver just dropped at any door.

Didn't receive 2 chili cheese dogs that was paid for, and I'm still not getting any type of feedback on this matter.

Refund needed

I ordered food that was not right at all from the restaurant to the delivery driver. I just want my money back.

User's recommendation: Tell them to check your order twice at the restaurant and the Uber driver needs to ask to see the plate to make sure your order is correct. I was extremely upset.

My order was cancelled with no refund

I need my money back now so I can feed my family. You took the money off within minutes. So you should be able to put my money back in my account within minutes.

Was told a refund would come to my card for not recieving my food 6 days ago and its still not there.

Just out of my last 4 orders, 3 were completely unacceptable.

My last order was on June 5th for $26.11 from Baskin Robbins. They brought the wrong ice cream. Before that was Chop Sticks House on June 1st when they brought me food that was ice cold. On May 31st they brought me food from White Castles that was cold and just nasty. On that order I kept telling the driver I would order it from somewhere else because he was having trouble getting to the restaurant. He chose not to let me. Too top it all off I canceled my membership, still got charged. Promised refund on all, never happened.

User's recommendation: Don’t deal with UberEats if you want a company that stands by their words and puts the customer first because they don’t.

Refund

I have to order my food seconds later I decide to cancel it because of reasons But Uber eats wouldnt they let me after texting them they told me to let the Who deliver before asking for a refund so you can get a full refund the driver hasn't even picked up the food from the store where I said OK next thing I know they ended the chat the food OK I tried to text back and I wasnt getting a response and I still hadnt got my full refund ! I want to emphasize that is not the drivers fault at all !!!!
