I want a refund, for an order, from Tum Thai, in RVC, NY.

The good, was of a poor quality, cold, and tasteless.

I have stomach issues, from digesting, some of it.

The food, was undercooked, resulting in hard green braves, and, carrots.

The spinach, or green leafy veggie, was rancid, spoiled.

Stating I owe $100 for trips never taken. All they have to do is check my account. There are no trips!

Excruciating - Had to wait 2 to 6 hours for each response and the responses simply repeated the same inaccurate information without addressing the issue or answering my questions. The issue magically resolved itself after two days without them informing me or taking responsibility for the error.

They had repeatedly told me I had "unfinished payments" that had to be taken care of before I could use the account. I repeatedly told them to check the account and they would see every trip/order was paid in full at the time of service. They never did this or acknowledged my request to do this. I finally asked them to state the specific trips/orders for which the payments were owed.

The next morning, the "unfinished payments" were gone and the account was back to normal. They fixed the error overnight but didn't tell me. THEN they sent a message asking for screenshots showing the account had unfinished payments so they could work on the issue for me. Really?

Now it's fixed you want screenshots and are acting like you don't know it's fixed?

I sent them screenshots I had taken when the problem started. I haven't heard another word back from them.

Around 4:30 AM CST on 11/19, I opened the Uber Eats app and added two $50 Uber Eats e-gift cards (purchased from Costco) to my Uber wallet. *Immediately* afterward, two
$50 "unfinished payments" appeared on my account with text stating I must pay them to continue using the app.
It is now 9:30 PM CST and I have been online with customer support every 2-4 hours (their response time) trying to get this resolved.

They claim the unfinished payments are for trips I've taken. I've asked them multiple times to check the account and they will see that there are no trips.

Preferred solution: Correct the error so I can use the account. Otherwise I will lose $159, which is the price I paid for four $50 Uber Eats gift cards at Costco.

On Friday, August 8th, I had my grandson order food for us from Five Guys. After 3 drivers cancelled our order for pickup, I decided to call five guys only to be told that the first driver (white man) was handed the food and that they were unable to make it since it was already picked up.

I called Uber Eats, and I was told that the food was not picked up yet and that in their system it shows it wa being processed. The last driver I guess decided He would pay for fries and made it look like the order was complete on his behalf. It was nice of him but so wrong because now I'm having to explain wtf happened. Attach you will see the pictures of what I ordered and what I was given.

Look at the receipts Large Fries and the card used for these those Large fries is not my card. I don't understand why they haven't given me my refund, and it's now Monday, August 11th.

Food stamp fraud and theft breaking federal law and don't cars

I just can't even describe how intelligent and low life slimy these people have now robbed me twice this time they're in night trouble for g creating a false order after i already paid with ebt for my order that still sits in the cart in the app and they attempted to charge me again at a much higher amount for the fake order they created with none of the sale items on it thru will not even acknowledge that i had already paid for my order and they're still trying to charge my cards again for over 200.00 and they cancelled the delivery when i brought to their attention that was not my order and that mine is already paid for so i got no groceries and they're keeping me government benefits of 142.26 and the money from my bank

This is illegal ebt told me it's federal offense and i have to do police report for food stamp fraud and theft I've told them this they do not acknowledge my cart that's still sitting untilled and that o paid for my order not the fake one they created and there's no resolution in sight do not use them they've stolen from me before when a driver picked up my 70$ food order then on chat told me he wasn't coming this far and he marked it delivered and stple the food o never got resolution then either my bank handled that one.

Stay away from Uber eats they're big time thieves and they will steal your orders or create fake ones to get your money

You are not working and collecting money from the government. That being said, you have NO RIGHT calling them low-life people.

You have terrible English. With that being said, you have NO RIGHT insulting their intelligence.

If you are on EBT and can spend money on internet access, then that itself should be illegal. That money should be spent on food.

This is the second time I got pizza from Papa John's, and the pizza is old. It looks like they put an old pizza in the oven and then overcooked it.

The bread is stale. It's hard to eat; I can't even bite it, and Uber Eats keeps telling me I'm not eligible for a refund or replacement.

My husband, and I, endeavored, to contact Uber Eats, to request a refund, for one of our orders, from Tum Thai.

The restaurant manager advised us to receive a refund, for the spoiled, tasteless, cold, food, by calling Uber Eats.

There is no phone number.

We tried, unsuccessfully, to fill out the form, but could not submit it.

All my food is burnt. It's a shake that I ordered every morning, every other morning rather, and it has some type of foam stuff on the top of it.

It is not what I ordered.

The shake is wrong, and the food is burnt.

The shake looks like it's spoiled.

Escribo con gran frustración y decepción por el pésimo servicio al cliente que he recibido.

Hoy hice un pedido a través de la aplicación Instacart en 8 Café en West Hartford, en la sección de restaurantes que opera a través de Uber Eats.

El pago de $89.32 se cargó correctamente a mi cuenta, pero el pedido nunca se procesó y no recibí mi comida.

A lo largo del día, he hablado con más de siete agentes diferentes, ninguno de los cuales ha hecho su trabajo correctamente ni me ha proporcionado una solución. Me siguen transfiriendo de una persona a otra sin ninguna resolución.

Ya he enviado varios correos electrónicos con evidencia del débito, pero aún no he recibido mi dinero de vuelta.

Estoy extremadamente frustrado porque no hay un agente fijo asignado a mi caso y me veo obligado a repetir la misma explicación cada vez.

También me comuniqué directamente con el restaurante y me confirmaron que el pedido nunca apareció en su sistema a pesar de que me cobraron.

Esta situación es inaceptable y demuestra una total falta de respeto al cliente.

Exijo de inmediato:

1.

Un reembolso completo de los $89.32 cobrados.

2. Una explicación formal de por qué recibí tan mal servicio.

3.

La garantía de que este tipo de problema no volverá a ocurrir.

Si no recibo una respuesta rápida y efectiva, escalaré el asunto disputando el cargo con mi banco y presentando una queja formal ante las autoridades de protección al consumidor.

Espero una pronta resolución de este asunto.

I ordered food from KFC in Orangeburg, SC. The lady's name was Lakeisha, driving a Nissan Maxima QLE330.

I tried contacting her to cancel my order and have someone else pick it up. She said she was having car trouble, but I can still see her where she is.

I want my refund; I know she took the food. I tried calling, but she didn't pick up at all.

I will not use Uber Eats again. I ordered 8 chicken biscuits from Wendy's.

Under Eats, the price for each sandwich was $3.99, that was ok. The order came out to $49. When I got my bag, the receipt said $8.

The sandwiches were only $1 each, so Uber Eats charged me $41 for an $8 order. Sorry, I work too hard to be robbed in my face.

Got scammed by a fake promotion

I rarely use take out apps. This time I went for a promotion by pizza hut "BUY 1 GET 1 FREE".

Ordered one large pizza that fell under the category. Only 1 pizza showed up. The customer service said I should have added another pizza. I even made 2 separate orders, so 4 pizzas should have showed up.

Will never order from these crooks ever again. I will be disputing these orders with my credit card company and provide evidence of their scammy practises.
