Jacob from Shawnee, Ok called to see how to get to our store in the mall with our Starbucks order #1f335. He was rude even on the phone call.
We told him 2 different ways to get to our store from 2 main mall entrances, and he never arrived with our drinks. We called, and texted with no response from him, so after seeing in the app that it said delivered, and not revived we called customer service said they would refund. We are waiting to see if it went through.
10 mins after all that has happened he sent a text saying he left the drinks on random table in the mall hallway nowhere near our store. We replied that thats not where we work and he sent Saying thats where he was told to leave it, and that he didnt have time to look for our store.
He was rude from the first call to his response to my complaint.
User's recommendation: Use another delivery service, the others we have used are much nicer.

Preferred solution: For Jacob to learn better customer service skills, and to learn from this situation to better serve others. I feel like he doesn’t care about his customers safety, and your company image. .
