I am extremely upset by the service you are providing. This is the second order I have placed in a row where my food is not only delayed by over 30 minutes from the original "latest arrival time", but it has been cold because it was sitting at the restaurant waiting to be picked up.

Both of these orders a fee was paid for priority service and there was no priority given. To top it off, there is no way to contact anyone and if you cancel, you are still charged. I would like at least a partial refund for the food. There was a time when you did that.

I deserve some compensation.

I placed my order well before lunch time and now I can't even eat what was sent and I will have patients to treat, so heating it up is not an option. You provided a good service when you started, but now it is just a glaring disappointment over and over again.
