First, they refunded the second pizza that was not delivered, but I, had to order another Pizza to replace it and wait another 30 minutes to receive it. So, nothing was done for my trouble and hassle that I went through for them forgetting to deliver my pizza.

As it was, I had a very hard time trying to find a number for a person to communicate with. I had to Google Ubereats to actually reach someone that I could"chat" with. There is not a person you can speak to or communicate with when you have a problem receiving your order. The only option you have is to check the box of what they've given you to choose from.

I've run across this time and time again.

Please fix this, meanwhile please tell whoever it is to read the tickets correctly. Thank you for your time Cathy Gonzalez

Ubereats Pros: Supposed to be convenient, Ontime, Great service, Need to check orders before leavung.

Ubereats Cons: Refund was less than value of missing items.
