New ReviewerI place an order with SONIC I ordered a kids chili cheese dog combo And a mini Butterfinger blizzard. A couple of minutes after I ordered I received a notification that one of the items was out of stock and then I needed to re-select.
I follow the prompts went on and selected a different blizzard. After I completed that process another couple of minutes later I received a notice stating that we cannot fulfill your order. This all happened in less than five minutes. Then I attempted to call through the 800 number and was on hold for several minutes before I decided to hang up, figuring I was not going to get anywhere about the order and I went with a different delivery service for my granddaughters dinner.
I understand things happen. But what I dont understand is why prior to charging my account they didnt confirm that the order was going to be fulfilled. They charge my account within two minutes of me placing that order.
Now I have to wait to receive my money back. Very very disappointed!
