Ordered Chipotle. Got charged, been over 30 minutes with no driver being assigned.
Just keeps saying "preparing food". And my delivery time just keeps getting later and later. Tried to call the Chipotle, no answer. Called multiple times.
I use Uber eats a lot, and this is the first time I've had a serious issue.
Now I have to cancel my order and lose out on my money cause the restaurant "accepted" my order. But no driver to call and ask, no answer from restaurant.... its getting late, I work in the morning. I can't stay up all night waiting for my food.
Like I said, I order Ubereats twice a week at least.
And have NEVER had an issue.
Until now. Considering there is no way to get a hold of anyone to cancel or explain what is happening, so now I just get to lose out on my money.
