I placed an order with a company called Terry's Kitchen on Edgewood in Atlanta Georgia. My order was cancelled by the merchant yet I was charged right at $35 for an order I never received.
App on placing the order again I was charged double the amount for the T-bone steak that I had order because they had a buy one get one free on the T-bone steaks and the cheeseburgers the initial time that I placed damn. I have no way of contacting either the restaurant nor Uber Eats 2 allow someone to know of my issues although I've tried numerous occasions since it occurred and I need some type of investigation and resolution to this situation even if it's nothing but me receiving my money back and the second order that I placed being charged at the initial rate.
I need someone to get back with me as soon as possible as it relates to this. Thank you in advance order
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Ubereats Cons: Took money but did not provide food paid for.
