Yesterday, Jan 14, 2022 i ordered via the Uber Eats App from KFC Damrak Amsterdam. Order number #1A70A
I did not receive the order and it was marked as completed in the app, meaning that probably the driver was mistaken and delivered it to someone else.
I then immediately asked for a refund via tha app , and I selected to get an "Uber Cash" refund consisted of 22.62
because I wanted to order again with this money from another restaurant.
Then I ordered from McDonalds an order that cost 30.18.
At the checkout of the order where I was asked to pay for it, I selected the option "Uber Cash & Ideal" because I am a Dutch citizen.
The full amount (30.18 ) was deducted from my ING account with which I made the payment.
The Uber Cash funds are now completely dissapeared from my wallet.
So , essentially you stole 22.62 from my account. I want that money back as soon as possible and then I would like to unsubscribe from this awful service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
Ubereats Cons: Exploiting workers, No responsibility acceptance, Blame goes only to the driver, Stole money from my account.
