I want to share a story of a careless delivery system that I've experienced through Uber eat.
I am still very disappointed about the Uber Eats system.
On June 04, my colleague's birthday and I had to order lunch meal for my colleagues.
While I kept tracking my order, the delivery person has delayed so many times, and Uber Eat canceled my order during delivery time.
So I called the Uber Eat customer support line, and at least if I know the delivery person canceled the order, I could reach the restaurant and ask if the food is packed, then I could go and pick up the food instead of reordering and wasting more time. But the Uber Eat customer support line went through an automatic voice record and said it could not support the line at this time.
It would only have to solve the problem through the app.
And I open the app and click the 'Help' section, and it was all Q&;;;;;;;;A.
There was no way I could find out who canceled the order.
So we had to start all over, from reordering and pick up the food.
We all had lunch after 2 pm that supposed to arrived at 12:20 - 12:50 pm.
I am very disappointed that there is no way to contact customer service.
This system is very irresponsible and hassle. I think Uber Eats should change this system.
Please operate the customer support line again.
