There was a charge to my debit card for undelivered food from white castle for 89.86 as well as a 16.37 charge of a tip which is ridiculous from march. I have called customer service (6times) multiple times to have them process a credit back for these 2 charges and have been given the run around i have also tried to request reimbursement thru the app.
The account the charge came thru was associated with other email provided and verified along with ph# to account. She has called with me to try and get this reimburse 3 different times in addition to my multiple contacts. Its a fraudulent charge. This should not be a hard fix.
I have sent screen shots of the charges i have sent card info and verified both mine and others uber accounts. In the last couple months I've spent upwards of $500 for rides and delivery while traveling. I may not be a high spender but i should be treated like they appreciate the hundreds Ive spent so far. The customer service reps are hard to understand.
My calls were dropped multiple times so i never cou ted the times i had to call back into que. And all the hold time i spent an average of an hour and a half each call. Smh. Are they still in business because they steal?
It sure isnt quality corporate customer service or showing they give a crap about customers pockets. Angered
User's recommendation: Idk how do you make sure the delivery is gonna show. And if it doesn't dont re-order.
