Ubereats- a company with zero customer service
If youre searching for one of the largest companies that everyone uses on a regular basis but has zero customer support for both the merchant and consumer- look no further! As a merchant they are an absolute nightmare to work with- even less support than consumers but this review is as the consumer.
My order was not delivered, immediately called the driver 3x (who never answered and is clearly enjoying my dinner), and Ubers response is Ive had too many refunds for missing items so they wont refund this (which was 4x out of 30) and this was the ENITRE ORDER. Apparently Im to blame for the restaurant and delivery drivers not checking the bags now. Asking to speak to a supervisor leads nowhere. Trying to find a contact a person with a phone number to explain Im a restauranteur and would never do such a thing but ofc.
THERE IS NONE! Tbh- I will never use Ubereats again after this experience and might take them off my business accounts.
Not that theyll care or notice. Im just tired of these experiences with them.
User's recommendation: Use postmates if you can. Be aware that they may not refund you for orders if you do it more than a few times.
