New ReviewerI tried calling customer service for Uber Eats and got a recording saying they cant process phone requests right now but I could chat with someone on-line. Well I tried I cant find that option anywhere and I am incredibly pissed off because this is the 3rd time now that my bank account has been debited for UBER EATS AND I HAVE NEVER USED UBER EATS NEVER!!!!!
So I am very confused how I even have an account created because I NEVER CREATED AN ACCOUNT!!!! I reached out the last time this happened and was told that my account was cancelled and I would have no further issues. Well guess what NOT TRUE..I HAD A $2 charge to my account on 04/09 at 6:35 pm and it will post to my account on 04/11.
I expect this matter resolved immediately because UBER EATS has now taken a total of $12 from me which isnt much but considering the fact that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THESE CHARGES AND I HAVE NEVER USED UBER EATS, I have a serious problem with my bank account being compromised. This better be taken care of or I will be pressing charges against UBER for fraud and reporting you to the FBI and the BBB
