I was browsing through their menus and was checking on prices and accidentally hit the order button. I immediately within a minute canceled the order.
I noticed that on my bank account they had refunded the $32 and change. The next morning, I looked at my account and it was a $26.93 charge from Uber eats which I did not authorize. I have been trying to get in touch with them since this morning and have not been very successful at all. I had to call my bank and cancel my bank card so now I have to go back and put all my information on my auto pay accounts.
Not only that, but until they investigate this I'm out $26.93.
It's not a lot of money but it is the principle of it. As far as I'm concerned, I am going to be canceling all of my Uber accounts.
