Still no refund and no contact from Uber eats whatsoever this is obviously their way of treating customers Just hope they give up …… what kind of Customer service is that considering we used them an awful lot !!

Food was not even from there it came from a unit over frankley and delivered by Uber
Food didnt arrive on time hed been all over the place food was freezing I was annoyed at the almost £40 order so phoned Uber who said phone macdonalds who said its Ubers fault
Still waiting for my refund!!! Now maccies customer support said it has to go through Uber when I emailed them and I cant find a complaint procedure for Uber
The order does not come up on Uber eats site as I ordered it off maccies app so I cant through that order number either I only have the receipt basically how convienient!!!
Ridiculous rip offs
User's recommendation: Don’t bother with refund process basically just get ripped off !!!
