Ubereats - Where is my food?
I ordered over $100 in food for my office today at 12:10 pm . My latest arrival was set at 1:09 Pm upon ordering.
It then changed to latest 1:45 when i looked at the order around 1pm.
(The rrstaurant had prepared the food by this point, I phoned the restaurant confirmed that they received order at 12:13 and had it completed by 12:34)
My office lunch is over now and the driver said he picked the food up 25 minutes before and also dropped another order in between.
I understand if you are short staffed but we are all eating hour old soggy cold food, not on our break time.
I would like to be reimbursed please.
This is my first time using you guys in a long time, and i am not impressed. I order from Freshii once a week and the same restaurant can be delivered to me by skip the dishes within half an hour. I order weekly..
and thought i would give you guys another try. I am extremely disappointed.
Please let me know how you are going to fix this.

Ubereats Cons: Havent heard anything, Food often comes cold missing or wrong items, Poor food quality.
