They specifically do not take phone calls anymore- they direct you to use the Help button on the website- which consequently leads to a chat box for support which you would THINK would actually have a customer support representative available to help you. But alas, your messages remain unseen, unread, and unreplied to.
WHY ON EARTH would you have the option to chat with support if there IS NO SUPPORT THERE? Mind you there IS NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT. So you basically just..dont get any? Mind blowing lack of effort on that department.
To be honest, Uber Eats itself is a joke. The ridiculous taxes and charges PLUS the tip.
All for cold food, and insane wait times, sometimes completely WHOLE WRONG ORDERS -And you cant even get help if something goes wrong?? *** Clowns.
User's recommendation: Vodka. Maybe a Xanax if you’re dealing with these losers. Or maybe try DoorDash? Cooking in? New hobby? Whatever. But *** Uber Eats.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
