DoI order on a daily basis with a mounts between 80-110$ a day. Yet anytime they mess up my order I have no way to get support other than a refund that they see fit.

My last order was missing an item out of 2 and they decided to refund me 19$

When I went to see how much it will cost to order the missing item; it wanted to charge me 27$ and all I wanted was my missing item

When i tried to find a way to call them; it seems they have no way to talk to anyone about this, so this will be the last time I ever use this service.

My advice, use DoorDash, at least you can talk to a human being and they are willing to resend a driver to deliver your missing orders if they happen free of charge rather than decide to give you a refund thats less than what it costs to re order any missing items.

Monetary Loss: $27.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
