1.5 Hours waiting on food and I finally called to see what was going on! Someone picked up my food..
it Uber and took it. Uber driver said another Uber driver took it but no one got a name etc. Order was then canceled by Uber after a second driver was sent ??? Do what ???
Then after several hours no food or call I reached out to customer service it got worse!!! I was told I wouldnt be charged.. well thank you .. lol..
I never got food!! I asked for a supervisor and was first told that because of my issue , I could not speak with one , then was told later no supervisor was on that shift, then to call back in the morning.
Exhausting, confusing , terrible experience and horrible human interaction. EPIC fail UberEats !!
