I got the wrong food. I received an order from a completely different restaurant.
The name on the order was someone else. When I contacted the driver, he said that he gave me the right food, and asked me if it was the wrong food, why didnt the other person contact him. He said there was nothing he could do and to contact UberEats. He hung up on me while I was talking.
He was extremely rude. I tried calling UberEats and the call wouldnt go through. I use UberEats all the time and tip very well. I am furious!
I am not going to pay for food I didnt order. Now, Im hungry, angry and have to go back to my virtual office.
My money needs to be refunded and I highly doubt I will be using UberEats again. I am so irate!
User's recommendation: Do not use this careless, rude driver.
